Happy Valentines Day

Nothing says Valentines like being dropped off for a round of chemotherapy. I'm at work today, and Meredith is on her first day of the last round of VIP Chemo. This round we get to meet the gynecological oncologist (say that 3 times fast). Dr. Bernstein has set us up with someone who will come meet with us and talk about removing what is left of her pelvic tumors.

Only 1 week until my grandparents take us to Palm Springs. Yeah, sun in sight!

It's like the song by Third Day: There's a light at the end of this tunnel
There's a light at the end of this tunnel
For you, for you
There's a light at the end of this tunnel
Shinin' bright at the end of this tunnel
For you, for you
So keep holdin' on

Lucky for you, that light is CLOSE (five and counting down!) and it's in PALM SPRINGS. We'll be praying for you this week. We love you! :)Rinda

Dearest Meredith,
Uncle Larry and I read your blog and I talked to your Mom last night we we are up to date on how you are doing. Uncle Larry has some infection right now with a bad cough so needless to say, we won't be coming up to see you this time. After this one is over with, you can have a vacation....yea! Remember that we love you and think of you often.
Love, Uncle Larry and Aunt Laurel

Have a great time in Palm Springs, and bring back a little sunshine for the rest of us!

Here's hoping for a safe and enjoyable trip!
